Throstur (or Þröstur Eiriksson) is from Iceland but lives in Oslo, Norway. He works full time as an IT Architect in the Oil and Gas industry. Alot of travelling to different coutries is part of the work and he needed to find something to do in hes spare time when staying away from the family.

He invested in new camera and started bringing with him when travelling and regained interest in photgraphy after being inactive for more than decade.
